Make enjoyment a deliberate policy.
You cannot produce consistently first-rate results if you do not enjoy what you are doing. (Nor is life long enough to be spending undue time on something you do not enjoy.)
Do not passively accept enjoyment as something which appears or not, outside of your control. Enjoyment is a matter of attitude, approach, and technique. Some people can be happy working on almost anything, others are habitually miserable. You can be either.
Watch to see what factors make something enjoyable for you, and work systematically to institutionalize them.
