predicates

Predicates accept some argument(s), and return a true-or-false value. Muq muf follows the Scheme (and Muck MUF) tradition of ending predicates with a question mark, rather than the CommonLisp tradition of ending them with a "-p". This is much more readable, and such superficial syntax differences should pose few compatibility problems with Muq CommonLisp code(10).
