The jobQueue[ function pushes a
block containing the jobqueues in which
the given job currently resides. (Certain
uninteresting jobqueues are excluded.)
If the job is currently in the sleep queue,
sleep-millisecs will be the number of
milliseconds left to sleep; otherwise it will
be nil.
