Opens the indicated X display.
The hostname argument must satisfy
string? and will usually look something
like "rocky.uw.edu:0".
The display value will satisfy display?
This function is restricted to root in part
because X is a nontrivial security threat: For
example, it is possible to open an invisible window
and collect all keystrokes typed including passphrases,
or to stuff commands like "rm -rf ~/*" into shell
windows. You may not want arbitrary people having
X access on your Muq server.
